I tend to gravitate more for audios, it’s seems
like I have more time in my day to listen, than
to sit down and read. My wife and I are changing
that now though, reading is so important, even if
it’s 15 to 30 minutes a day, I plan on doing both, listen to my
motivational cd’s in the car to work, and read at night. Nothing better
that reading something inspirational before bed.
