Based on preliminary reports, it looks like the Network Marketing aspects of Vemma are shut down.
The company is apparently barred from paying bonus checks, recruiting new members and offering rewards tied to sales.
I am seeing some reports that products may be available for purchase, but I have not confirmed this news yet.

This is a fluid situation and we will update this post as things get clearer.
