So is it sharing or selling? When you talk to people in
your life, whether it be up close and personal,
Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest, are your sharing or
selling? There is a big difference, and I think sometimes
in the Internet/Network Marketing arena, that becomes
a bit of a grey area.

Have you read something on Facebook or have gotten an
email stating that someone had something to share?
When you get there you find out they are not sharing at
all, but showing you something they are selling? I hate that.

Don’t be that guy or gal, if your sharing something, then do that, give away something you own to someone. If your selling something, then go ahead and sell it, tell me your selling something.

FORM How to get to Know Someone – Rapport

Today I talk about How to get to know someone, building rapport, using FORM.

FORM is something I learned about last night in a training video with my primary company. It tells you how to get to know someone and building rapport.  Apparently it has been taught for years, but it’s new to me, so I thought I’d share it.

What does FORM stand for?

• F=> Family
• O=> Occupation
• R=> Recreation
• M=> Message

How to get to know Someone, Building Rapport

Ask about your prospects family, and really listen, actually you need to really pay attention in all these steps, you’re going to need this info.  People tend to want to talk about their family, good or bad.

Then ask about their occupation or job, here is where you will be able to pick up on whether they are happy or dislike their job.

Ask your prospect what they do for recreation.  See if they are involved in sports, the arts, concerts, etc. Then find out if they are able to do this recreation as much as they’d like

The last part is your message.  Don’t worry if you don’t get to this part right away, that’s ok. But just remember how they answered the first three part so you can better understand how to go about telling them what you have to say.

Remember to be a great listener, this is how you get to know someone and build rapport with this person.

Today I discuss your own desire and also how bad do you want it? ”IT” being whatever it is you’re pursuing.

Do you truly want a thing so bad you just can’t wait to get it? Is your desire great enough to create sacrifices to obtain what you wish? Will you be willing to do what ever it takes? Really, are you? How bad do you want it?

You need to examine yourself, as well as evaluate what you are doing, to obtain the outcomes you are destined after. Stop only fantasizing about your desires, and do something about it. For example, I mention a shake I enjoy, which is an exceedingly nourishing shake that can be used as a tool to reduce weight. So if your desire will be to loose excess weight, and I counsel you to create your shake with water and fruits and you tell me you just can’t consume it unless you mix it with whole milk and peanut butter, then just how bad do you want it? Not bad enough to suck it up and combine it with water, your revealing to me you don’t genuinely wish to reduce body fat! Once I advice you to reduce your the refined carbohydrates, but you still advise me you can’t live without pasta and bread, then how bad do you want it?

Do you see where I’m heading at this point? Your desire isn’t significant enough to accomplish what you want!

Today I talk about how you need to focus on what you want.  You need to know what you aim is, and the end result of what you want to achieve.  You have to write it down, and go after it.  Whether you are in network marketing, or at your job, focus on what you want, and figure out what you need to get there!

Do you want a promotion, or maybe a move to another department? Focus on that, and learn what you need to do to get there. Maybe you want to rank advance in your network marketing company, take it slow and work part time in it, or just get your products that you use paid for. Figure it out and focus on what you want.

My goal would be to make enough to quit my job, and a higher goal would be to be a teaching leader, making it to the big stage one day. So I focus on that, and read and listen to the people that are already there, and do what they do, so one day people will want to know how I got there, and I can share my experience with them!

Here’s something I saw and I feel I have to share about never give up!

When I saw it, it got my blood pumping it made me want to get up and start making things happen.

It’s all about the negative things that hold us back, the negative self-talk, negative things we speak out to the universe.
If you believe you can’t do something you NEVER will, but if you start by telling yourself you CAN, then eventually you will start believing and making them happen.  Start by asking yourself empowering questions, like “how can I get more leads”, or who do I need to be to become the leader I want to be?” Say things like that vs saying “I can’t” or “there’s no way I’m as good as him”. You get the idea, sonever give up!

Network Marketing Tips Interview about Life with a 15 year old

Today I did an Interview about Life with my 15yo niece

So I decided while I was driving my niece to school today, I would do a candid “Interview about Life” with her.  I was curious to see what the dreams of a 15 year old girl would be.  I wanted to know what she wanted to do after she got out of school, what kind of job she would like (you’ll love this answer), what kind of house she wanted, car, travel and charities.

My interview about life went better than I expected

I was really surprised with a few of the answers, it’s cool to get the perspective of a teenager.  If I did an interview about life with you, what would your answers be? Do we as adults maybe think to much about it? Over analyze things in our daily life? I think children and teenagers have a more vivid memory, or thoughts, and that’s why I think vision boards are huge for us adults with a million other things on our mind.

Answer these same questions I asked in my interview about life, and write them down. Now go and make a vision board based on your answers, or a goal list that you would see everyday, whatever works for you. Now take action and go after it!
